**None achieved yet, because fiber network has not been built.** Here's what they have done: Organized 10 communities and 17 townships in order to market idea of fiber network successfully. 56% responded they would take service from the cooperative. (first 70% of homes to sign up will get connection free). Working on financing. 2 boards - Joint Powers Board (27 members - cities and townships) They are going to sell tax abatement bond 13.7 million, then lend to the cooperative as economic development to leverage additional 42 million in primary financing from sources including USDA, local bank consortium, etc. Construction to begin spring/summer 2015. They are a US Ignite community. They hope to develop an application for agriculture. Their focus is on maximizing customers, not profit. rsfiber.coop (website has more info)
